The brief

Archidexign provided the design and technical drawings for a place of worship on Alum Rock Road in Birmingham.

The design response

The design presents a brick street frontage with tall arched windows set in pale stone surrounds and decorative screens, a central arched entrance, a copper-domed prayer hall and a single tall brick minaret at the corner, behind a low brick boundary wall.
