What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we receive your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the site postcode, the town or city, the service you are interested in and the details you write about your project. We also receive the address of the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss your project and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote or proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

How it is handled

Your enquiry is sent by email to our business inbox. It is processed by our website hosting and email provider on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To make a request, email info@archidexign.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
